To engage the community and gather knowledge for the development of the plan, SFA held frequent meetings with Borough Council, the Master Planning Steering Committee, Fire Department, Police Department, Borough Manager, and the public. In addition to gathering knowledge, these meetings also helped to formulate goals, desires, and requirements for the plan.
