Work here

Spillman Farmer is a mid-sized firm with nearly a century of experience. Here’s why that matters to our current and prospective employees: With fewer than 30 employees, we need to be strategic and selective about the projects we undertake. We chase the projects that are important to us, and we give them our all. Our clients get our “A” team every time (in fact, it’s the only kind of team we have). Our teams – from the principals to the interns and everyone in between – are intimately involved in their projects from beginning to end every step of the way. Spillman is a team of innovators. It’s tough for a firm this size to make it this long, which says a lot about those who came before us and the values they instilled in this company. Our longevity and success didn’t happen because we do what worked in the past, we develop a custom approach for every client and design a project that fits their needs. There’s a reason why we have employees who join our team and never leave; let us show you why.
